These terms govern your use of FUT AIM (browser extension, apps and the futaim.app website), provided by SugiyamaLabs ([legal name], [registration no.], [address]). By using FUT AIM you agree to them. The Portuguese version prevails in case of conflict.

1. What FUT AIM is

An independent tool that helps you organise and perform actions on the EA SPORTS FC web app — tracking your Gallery collection, checking prices, buying and selling cards — from your own browser and your own session.

2. Not affiliated with EA

FUT AIM is not affiliated with, associated with, authorised or endorsed by Electronic Arts Inc. EA SPORTS FC, FUT and related marks belong to Electronic Arts Inc.

3. Risk under EA's terms

Using automation tools may breach EA's terms of service and lead to restrictions or a ban on your account. You use FUT AIM at your own risk and are solely responsible for your EA account. We are not liable for lost items, coins, access or any action taken by EA.

4. Your FUT AIM account

You need an account (Google or email) and must keep it secure. You must be 18 or have a guardian's consent. We never ask for or store your EA password.

5. Plans, free trial and payment

1-day free trial, no card, once per person.
Monthly paid plans (Basic and Pro), billed in advance by Stripe and renewed automatically until cancelled.
You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow the Refund Policy.
Prices may change with 30 days' notice, effective from the next renewal.

6. Acceptable use

You may not resell, share accounts beyond your plan's limit, reverse engineer the service, circumvent technical limits or use FUT AIM unlawfully or to harm others.

7. Availability

FUT AIM depends on EA's web app, which can change at any time. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.

9. Changes and contact
