The 1-day trial needs no card and is never charged.

7-day withdrawal

You can cancel within 7 days of your first charge for a full refund.

After 7 days

Cancel anytime: renewal stops and access continues until the end of the paid period, with no further charges. Started periods are not refunded unless a failure on our side prevented you from using the service.

How to request

Cancel from your account (Stripe customer portal) or email suporte@futaim.app from your purchase email. Refunds go back to the original payment method within your card issuer's timeframe.
