Privacy Policy

SugiyamaLabs ([legal name], [registration no.]) is the controller of the data processed by FUT AIM, under Brazil's LGPD (Law 13.709/2018) and, where applicable, the GDPR.

What we process

• Waitlist and account: email, language and, with Google sign-in, profile name and picture.
• Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number; we receive subscription status and billing details.
• Service usage: minimal technical data (plan, version, approximate country, errors) to run and improve the product.

What we don't collect

We never collect your EA password. Your club data, purchase history and settings stay in your own browser; if you turn on cross-device sync, they are stored with your account only for that purpose.

Why we use it

• Launch and product emails (waitlist) — consent.
• Providing the service, billing and support — contract.
• Security, fraud prevention and legal duties — legitimate interest and legal obligation.

Who we share it with

Only processors we need: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting and database) and our transactional email provider. Some may store data outside Brazil with appropriate safeguards. We don't sell data.

Retention

While your account exists or as long as the law requires (e.g. tax records). Waitlist emails are deleted on request or if the product doesn't launch.

Access, correction, portability, anonymisation or deletion of your data, and withdrawal of consent at any time: privacidade@futaim.app.
